Thank you for stopping by! I hope that you enjoy the projects and ideas you see here. I’ve been a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator since 2005 and have always loved crafting. In addition to stamping, my other hobby is quilting. Spending time creating and sharing with family and friends makes me happy.
My Stampin' Story
One of my high school classmates invited me to attend a workshop at her house in 2005. I loved the Stampin’ Up! products and signed up to be a demonstrator immediately. I hold regular monthly classes with specialty classes sprinkled in throughout the year. Bringing a smile to someone’s face and sharing excitement about projects in class are the best. I’ve always liked owls and gravitate towards making things that involve cute critters--rabbits, owls, bears and other animals. The holidays are also a favorite of mine because of snowmen, penguins, and gingerbread people. But you will see florals and other non-critter creations too!
I’ve called my blog The Stamping Owl because I like owls (and other cute critters) and I tend to do my best creating at night. My Stampin’ Up! group is called O.W.L.S. It stands for ‘Original Whimsical Lovable Stampers’ or ‘Oh, we love stamping!’---we couldn’t decide which one we liked best. I’m also part of a larger group called Stamped With Aloha that is lead by my wonderful up-line, Cindy Baughman. Thank you to Cindy, my SWA and O.W.L.S. buddies and my family, friends and customers for their encouragement, inspiration and support!
Thank you for visiting my blog and if you are on the island of Oahu, I hope to see you at one of my classes or other events too!
